Hervé Manceron
Fifteen years ago, Hervé co-founded Skaleet with Yves Eonnet. In 2018, Hervé co-authored Fintech: Banks Strike Back, which describes imminent transformations in the banking ecosystem. Hervé is a serial entrepreneur with a software background and an engineering degree. He founded his first startup just after engineering school, which provided HW and SW solutions in the voicemail market.

Martin Della Chiesa
Martin brings 12 years of experience in the intersection of financial services and technology as an Inspection generale auditor, strategy and corporate finance consultant, Board member, university lecturer, book writer and growth equity investor. Martin was behind the investment into Skaleet by Long Arc Capital, NY-based growth equity tech investor and B2B software scaling specialist.

Geoffroy Damnon
Geoffroy joined Skaleet in 2020 as a product marketing and presales engineer before being appointed Chief Strategy Officer. He started his career at Société Générale working in the Internal Audit division in Paris and New-York. He then moved to the Capital Markets division.

Ségolène Demoulin
Product and innovation have always been at the center of Segolene's experiences. She started her career at BT in London to work on an experimental project for plug & play telecom services. After that, she joined a French startup to launch AI products that mimick the way the brain makes decisions. At Skaleet, she is in charge of product. Segolene is dedicated to creating financial services that deliver the most value to customers and businesses.

Paul Jay
Appointed CTO in 2022, Paul joined 10 years ago right after graduating from his engineering school. He has been one of the key builders of Skaleet's product and technology.
Lina Mestari
Lina Mestari
Lina started her career in Dubai where she worked for Zurich Insurance assessing expansion opportunities in the region. Lina built her banking expertise by joining BPCE General Inspection where she was in charge of evaluating the group's subsidiary banks all over the world. After completing a world trip, Lina wanted to be part of a transformative sector and scale-up journey, and joined Skaleet overseeing marketing strategy and recently adding sales activities to her scope.

After spending 4 years at Accenture as consultant on SAP integration projects, Matthieu joined Skaleet in 2018 as a project manager. He had the opportunity to manage structuring projects and implement a project management methodology within the company. Matthieu became Team Lead and then Chief Delivery Officer being responsible for the overall customer lifecycle,
Charles Ozanne
Charles Ozanne
Before joining Skaleet in 2010, Charles worked in the telecom industry as a project director for a telecom manufacturer and a telecom operator. He is now CIO within the company.
Damien Bénard
Damien Bénard
After his engineering degree in applied physics, Damien started his career at EY in financial audit. After that, he joined a startup dedicated to B2C IoT and AI-embedded products as CFO. He's now in charge of finance at Skaleet.

Skaleet was born of a meeting between innovators and experts who had the ambition to rely on next-gen technology to transform financial services.
Skaleet started as a mobile payment technology provider and later had the opportunity to create one of the first mobile account platform in 2011.
In 2014, Skaleet evolved and began offering a global, cloud-based, agile, and scalable Core Banking solution that enables the rapid launch of financial institutions worldwide.
Skaleet counts more than 90 people today. We operate on 5 continents and support more than 40 clients to build innovative financial services.
